This two day course examines the process of identifying, assessing and analyzing individual staff members training needs. Having conducted these stages the course examines writing training plans and a variety of ways in which the identified needs may be met for the benefit of the individual, the team and ultimately the organisation. This does not always need to result in individuals leaving the work place to attend external training. With management taking control of this area of human resource development and becoming skilled in assessing training needs, money and time may be saved for their business/organisation. |

| This practical two-day course looks at three main elements of training preparing and managing yourself, preparing and managing your material, and preparing and managing your group. The course will be an introduction to equipping participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to plan, deliver and evaluate training sessions to be delivered both inside and outside of their organisation. | ||||
