| This one - day course managers will examine their own Equal Opportunities Policy. Participants will be encouraged to bring their organisationŐs documentation and work towards progressing and improving it through the day. Following this, surgery time may be booked with the facilitator in order to work more specifically on their individual policy. | ||||
