| Introduction to Design Software provides a basic introduction to software used for CD ROM or web page design. The majority of participants have an interest in, or wish to gain access to, the Arts and Creative Industries. Formal qualifications are not required. | |||||
| Course Content | |||||
|
On this course you will learn to: use Macromedia Flash to create animations for the web; use Adobe Photoshop to scan and manipulate images; use Macromedia Director Shockwave Studio to develop interfaces and to attach behaviours. The course combines tutorials, individual tuition and the development of personal projects. |

| This course leads to 3 Merseyside Open College Network credits between level 1-2. | |||||

Progression |

| Trainees from previous courses have gone on to vocational training eg. Graphic Design, Multimedia, Technology in Print or Creative Web Design. | |||||
