| This two-day course aims to work with small businesses in identifying their current marketing activity and to assist in developing their future marketing plan. It will give course participants an overview of market planning and will assist businesses to identify their present position. The course will cover writing mission statements, and give an overview of marketing analysis, competitor analysis, marketing mix analysis, SWOT analysis, setting objectives, market segmentation, positioning, forecasting and controlling the plan. Surgery time may be booked with the facilitator following this two-day overview of market planning. Having clearly set out their marketing plan, the glossy end of marketing-promotion and advertising could then be explored for the business using the multi-skills of the TFE design technology team. | ||||
