This two-day workshop examines the core skills of preparing, structuring and delivering presentations. The main elements of the course will be handling yourself; handling your material and handling your audience. Anyone who needs to make presentations about their products and services will benefit from knowing and practicing how to analyze and profile the audience and define and write their aims and objectives. Participants will also cover the practical elements in giving an effective presentation such as choosing the location, room layout, and selecting appropriate presentation aids.

 
Advanced Presentation Skills

This two-day workshop builds on the ideas/skills anyone has gained from attending presentation skills courses in the past. The course is aimed at speakers who are already competent in giving presentations. It will equip them in developing as more dynamic and exciting presenters who are skilled in a range of techniques.

 
Effective Customer Service
(2 days)

This two-day course looks at how to transform customer service into genuine customer care. The course looks at effective communication and at acquiring the skills needed for resolving conflict and complaints from the external customer. These skills will help participants to achieve a high quality of service provisions.
